Rachel Kutz is the Vice President & General Manager of AT&T’s Northwest States Market, leading a dynamic team of over 1,100 employees across 15 states. In her role, Rachel oversees customer experience, revenue strategies, network solutions, and operational excellence for over 500 retail locations, driving innovation and growth across the region.

Rachel holds a bachelor’s degree in Astrophysics from the University of Colorado Boulder and began her career at AT&T designing and optimizing wireless radio frequency networks. Her expertise and leadership have since spanned multiple disciplines, including leading large-scale network teams and transforming the customer and supplier experience. As Vice President of Supply Chain & Global Logistics, Rachel played a pivotal role in leading AT&T’s product teams, guiding the development, delivery, and innovation of the entire company portfolio.

Known for her passion for mentorship, community engagement, and fostering meaningful connections, Rachel’s leadership style reflects her dedication to empowering teams and delivering exceptional results. She champions personal development, inclusivity, and tenacity in all aspects of her work.
