Tatiana Peralta

Director of Communications and Marketing

Tatiana Peralta is the Director of Communications and Marketing at the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.  She is a communications leader and storyteller who believes the right message can move people—and policy. In this role, she leads national strategy across media, digital, and brand storytelling to elevate Hispanic entrepreneurs and the local chambers that power their success.

Before joining USHCC, Tatiana spent four years at the National Crime Prevention Council, leading communications for McGruff the Crime Dog®. There she built and led the organization’s communications operation from the ground up. This included national public education campaigns, developing strategic partnerships, and developing initiatives that helped families and communities stay safe.

Today, she brings that same people-first mindset to advancing Hispanic business growth, ensuring small business owners aren’t just part of the conversation, but leading it. She’s passionate about collaboration, creative storytelling, and using communications as a tool for equity and opportunity.
