Christine Rice joined the company in 1998, playing a key role in building the company’s talent and growing the customer base. She currently serves as the Executive Vice President.
Christine brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role, gleaned from over 25 years in the human resources, staffing, and the technology industry. Her innovative cost-saving solutions helped make the company a highly sought-after provider of IT talent acquisition services. Additionally, under her leadership, a global team of subject matter experts are delivering innovative solutions and services with a focus on application development & maintenance, infrastructure management and cyber security services.
Christine’s governing principles and determination are evident in the company’s growth and recognition as one of the leading, IT services company. Her business acumen and expertise in global workforce management, coupled with the company’s technical expertise, has propelled VisionIT’s success.
Prior to joining the company, Christine worked for EDS (now HP), one of the largest information technology corporations in the world. At EDS, she worked in the areas of business development and employee relations, serving as regional manager of employee relations with oversight of Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, Indiana and California.
Christine is known as a champion for diversity and has been actively involved in the Michigan Council of Women in Technology (MCWT), the Michigan Minority Supplier Development Council (MMSDC), and currently sits on the board of the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (USHCC). Rice has received numerous awards and recognition for her leadership, excellence in information technology solutions and innovation.
